5.63

又正法念經云。若有眾生信心悲心。以種種食施人。命終生質多羅天。受種種樂。命終得受人身。大富饒財。常行正法。

The Saddharmasmṛtyupasthāna-sūtra also says: If there are beings who, with a mind of faith and a mind of compassion, give various kinds of food to others, upon the end of their lives they will be born in the Citra Heaven to enjoy various pleasures; when their lives there end, they will obtain human bodies, being immensely rich and abundant in wealth, and always practicing the true Dharma.
