5.85

噉食太過人　身重多懈怠
現在未來世　於身失大利
睡眠自受苦　亦惱於他人
迷悶難寤寐　應時籌量食

"A person who overeats
Has a heavy body and much indolence;
In the present and future lives,
They lose great benefit for the body.
In sleep they suffer pain themselves,
And also trouble others;
Bewildered and oppressed, waking from sleep is difficult;
One should measure out food in accordance with the proper time."
