6.65

舉身得疾病　孤窮安可言
一國之最貧　衣食不蓋形
世有不慈人　尚見矜愍憐
云何名慈哀　而不知此死
普世之寒苦　無過我之身
願見哀矜庶　實不為人惜

'My whole body is afflicted with illness;
How can my loneliness and poverty be expressed?
I am the poorest in the entire land,
With neither clothes nor food to cover my form.
Even heartless people in the world
Would still look on me with pity and compassion.
How can you be called compassionate and sorrowful,
Yet not know that I am dying here?
Of all the cold suffering in the entire world,
None exceeds that of my own body.
I wish to be shown pity and compassion;
Truly, no one cares for me.'
