園觀施清涼　及作好橋梁
河津度人民　并作好房舍
彼人日夜中　恒當受其福
戒定以成就　此人必生天

"Parks and viewing grounds provide cool shade, / And building good bridges, / Ferrying people across river crossings, / Along with constructing fine dwellings: / That person, day and night, / Will constantly receive their merit. / With moral discipline and meditative concentration perfected, / This person will surely be born in heaven."
