惡言罵詈　憍陵蔑人　興起是行
疾怨滋生　遜言順辭　尊敬於人
棄結忍惡　疾怨自滅　夫士之生
斧在口中　所以斬身　由其惡言

"With evil words and reviling, / Arrogant and contemptuous toward others— / When one engages in such conduct, / Resentment and enmity will proliferate. / With humble words and agreeable phrases, / Respectful toward others, / Giving up grudges and bearing evil, / Resentment and enmity will naturally be extinguished. / When a man is born, / An axe is within his mouth; / That by which he strikes down his own body / Is due to his evil words."
