9.86

又十輪經云。若有四方僧物資生雜物等。持戒破戒如是人等。悉不與之。以是因緣。命終已後。皆墮阿鼻地獄。

Furthermore, the Daśacakra-sūtra says: If there are requisites, miscellaneous goods, and other property belonging to the saṃgha of the four directions, and one withholds them all from such persons whether they keep the precepts or break the precepts, due to these causes and conditions, after their lives end, they will all fall into the Avīci Hell.
