"At that time, the Bhagavat further expounded for sentient beings the method of the seated image: 'Visualize the images and make them sit upon jewel flowers. When the images sit, the great earth naturally emits great white light, white, pure, and delightful like the color of vaiḍūrya. Amidst the white lights are hundreds of millions of bodhisattvas, white like snowy mountains. Visualize each pore of the image emitting a bodhisattva, and from the pores of their bodies emanates golden light, its brilliance immensely glorious, illuminating the realms of the ten directions and making them all golden in color. If there are sentient beings who contemplate the seated image, they eliminate the sins of birth and death for fifty billion kalpas. In the future they will encounter the thousand Buddhas of the Wise Kalpa, and in the Constellation Kalpa they will encounter Buddhas whose number fills the ten directions. In the presence of each Buddha, they will uphold the Buddha's words, their bodies and minds peaceful and secure, never confused or erroneous. Each Bhagavat will confer vyākaraṇa upon them in person, and after countless kalpas have passed, they will attain Buddhahood.'"
