10.19

'If a person cannot first make offerings to parents, but distresses their wife, children, and slaves, making them suffer in order to give, this is called an evil person; this is nominally called giving, but is not truly giving. Such giving is called being without pity and not knowing how to repay kindness. Although this person will attain wealth in the future, it will constantly be lost and not accumulate; they will be unable to disburse and use it, and their body will suffer from much illness.'
