If a bodhisattva makes offerings with their own hands to the Tathāgata and caityas without slighting others, without negligence, without indolence, with utmost reverence and an untainted mind, without displaying flattery or deviousness toward superior persons of faith to seek wealth, and never making offerings with impure things, this is called untainted offerings.
