增輝記云。若正結罪名。能招當果。即五篇太少。不說偷蘭。七聚太多。剩於惡說。以惡說同吉羅懺罪。感果同故。今於五中添偷蘭遮。七中除惡說止有六矣。

The Zenghui ji states: "If one determines the offense designations strictly according to their ability to bring about their corresponding future retributions, then the Five Categories are too few, as they do not mention sthūlātyaya; while the Seven Classes are too many, as durbhāṣita is redundant, because durbhāṣita shares the confession of guilt with duṣkṛta, and the retributions they bring about are identical. Now, adding sthūlātyaya to the Five and removing durbhāṣita from the Seven leaves only six."
