毘尼母云。若比丘為三寶。種三等樹。一果樹。二華樹。三葉樹。但有福無過。
The Vinayamātṛkā says: 'If a monk plants three kinds of trees for the Three Jewels: first, fruit trees; second, flowering trees; third, foliage trees, there is only merit and no transgression.'
