勝思惟梵天問經云。梵天問文殊言。比丘云何親近於佛。答云若比丘於諸法中不見有法若近若遠。是則名親近於佛○大集經云。不覺一法微相者。乃能了知如來出世。常見諸佛。

The Viśeṣacintā-brahma-paripṛcchā-sūtra says: Brahmā asked Mañjuśrī, "How does a monk draw near to the Buddha?" He answered, "If a monk among all dharmas sees no dharma as either near or far, this is called drawing near to the Buddha."\n\nThe Mahāsaṃnipāta-sūtra says: One who does not perceive the subtle characteristics of a single dharma is able to fully know the Tathāgata's appearance in the world and constantly see all Buddhas.
