中阿含經云。所蓄物。可資身進道者。即是增長善法之具○菩薩戒經云。資生順道之具。
The Madhyama Āgama says: The possessions kept that can support the body and advance along the path are the requisites for increasing wholesome dharmas. The Bodhisattva Precepts Scripture says: Requisites for sustaining life and conforming to the path.
