一．儉素歡喜。能引少欲樂。二．積集梵行歡喜。能引遠離樂。三．元悔歡喜。能引三摩地樂。四．樂斷樂修歡喜。能引三菩提樂。

1. Rejoicing in frugality and simplicity, which can lead to the joy of few desires. 2. Rejoicing in accumulating pure conduct, which can lead to the joy of seclusion. 3. Rejoicing in freedom from regret, which can lead to the joy of samādhi. 4. Rejoicing in taking delight in abandoning and delight in cultivation, which can lead to the joy of sambodhi.
