今呼禪版。毗奈耶攝頌曰。倚版為除勞僧私皆許畜（僧即眾。私即己）。
Today it is called the meditation board (chanban). The Vinayasaṃgraha-gāthā says: 'A leaning board is used to dispel weariness; both the saṅgha and individuals are permitted to keep it (saṅgha means the community; individuals means oneself).'
