增一經云。一不辯良藥。二懈怠。三喜嗔好睡。四但貪衣食。五不以法供養。六不共病人言語談[竺-二+(犮-乂+又)]。

The Ekottarikāgama states: First, not discerning good medicine; second, being indolent; third, being prone to anger and fond of sleep; fourth, being greedy only for clothing and food; fifth, not making offerings according to the Dharma; sixth, not conversing or chatting with the sick person.
