佛說醫經云。一久坐。二食不節。三多憂愁。四疲極。五婬欲。六瞋恚。七忍大便。八忍小便。九制上風（上風謂呵欠嚏嗽等）。十制下風。

The Sūtra on Medicine Spoken by the Buddha states: First, sitting for a long time; second, lack of moderation in food; third, excessive worry and sorrow; fourth, extreme exhaustion; fifth, sexual desire; sixth, wrathful anger; seventh, holding in bowel movements; eighth, holding in urination; ninth, suppressing upper wind (upper wind refers to yawning, sneezing, coughing, and the like); tenth, suppressing lower wind.
