梵語。末摩此云死穴。或云。死節以病觸此處有悶絕生故雖死而心頭熱也。緣第八識未捨故。

In Sanskrit: marman, translated here as "death-cavity" or "death-joint." Because illness touching this point gives rise to fainting and collapse, although the person appears dead, the chest remains warm; this is due to the eighth consciousness not yet having departed.
