The Mahāsāṃghika says: 'If at a great assembly many banners and canopies have been set out, and a sudden wind or rain arrives, all must clean them up with combined strength. One must not say: "I am an administrator or a venerable one," and so forth. One should store them in whatever room is nearest; one must not protect one's room [from use]. One should shake them out, fold them, and lift them away.'
