疲頓（上音皮玉篇疲倦也釋名勞也轉注字下敦遁反考聲困極也說文下首也從頁屯聲也）。

Weary and exhausted (疲頓: the first character is pronounced *pi*. The *Yupian* states: “*Pí* means fatigued.” The *Shiming* states: “Toiled”; it is a mutually defining character (zhuānzhù). The second character is pronounced *dun* + *dun* in fanqie. The *Kaosheng* states: “Utterly exhausted.” The *Shuowen jiezi* states: “To lower the head; it is composed of the radical *yè* (head) with *tún* as phonetic.”)
