等涌（上等字說文從竹從寺經從草俗字也下容腫反顧野王云水泉衝上涌騰也說文𦩩也從水甬聲或作湧）。

等涌 (The upper character, 等, takes 竹 and 寺 according to the Shuowen jiezi; the sūtra writes it with 草, which is a vulgar character. The lower character has the fanqie 容腫 [yǒng]. Gu Yewang says: 'A water spring gushing upward is 涌騰.' The Shuowen jiezi says: '𦩩; it takes 水 as radical and 甬 as phonetic.' Sometimes written as 湧).
