皇矣（毛詩傳曰皇大也匡也美也爾雅皇君也王也說文云矣者語也詞也矣字聲上從古以字下矢也）。

皇矣 (The Mao commentary on the Shijing says: '皇 means great, to correct, and admirable.' The Erya says: '皇 means ruler, or king.' The Shuowen says: '矣 is a final particle and rhetorical word.' The sound of the character 矣 has an archaic 以 above and a 矢 below).
