寔惟（時軄反毛詩傳曰寔是也說文止也宀音綿是字從曰從疋也）。

寔惟 (Pronounced 時 plus 軄 in fanqie. The Mao commentary on the Shijing says: '寔 means 是 (this/truly).' The Shuowen says: 'To stop.' The radical 宀 is pronounced 綿; the character 是 is composed of 曰 and 疋).
