十六大國（佛在世時各各強盛名為大國自後隨其王福互相吞并今或為小國或復磨滅無其國號者也王是之也）。

“Sixteen Great Kingdoms” (When the Buddha was in the world, these were each powerful and prosperous, and were called great kingdoms. Afterwards, according to the kings' merits, they annexed one another. Today, some have become small kingdoms, and others have perished without a kingdom title. King [Prasenajit] was among these).
