賸最（承證反考聲云賸餘也說文物相增加從貝朕聲也賸從冉經從二貝作䞉誤書冉為貝也下祖悔反韻詮甚也說文從日取聲從四作者）。

Most surplus (賸最: [賸 has] the fanqie cheng + zheng; the Kaosheng says that 賸 means surplus; the Shuowen jiezi says that it means things increasing one another, taking its classifier from 貝 "cowrie" with 朕 as its phonetic; 賸 takes 冉 [within 朕], but the sūtra writes it with two 貝 as 䞉, which is a mistaken writing of 冉 as 貝; the lower character has the fanqie zu + hui; the Yunquan says it means exceedingly; the Shuowen jiezi says it takes its classifier from 日 "sun" with 取 as its phonetic, written with 冃).
