諺云（上言變反考聲云諺傳古語也左傳周諺有之是也說文傳言從言彥聲）。

The proverb says 諺云 (the first character is 言變 fanqie; the Kaosheng says: "Yan means transmitting ancient sayings"; as in the Zuozhuan: "The Zhou proverb has it"; the Shuowen says: "Transmitted sayings"; it is composed of 言 with 彥 phonetic).
