敲銅鈸（上巧交反說文云敲擊也從攴高聲下盤鉢反考聲云樂器名形如小疊子背有鼻以口相擊以和樂也）。

敲銅鈸 (The upper character has the fanqie qiao + jiao. The Shuowen says: "敲 means to strike; it is formed from 'strike' (攴) and '高' is phonetic." The lower character has the fanqie pan + bo. The Kaosheng says: "The name of a musical instrument, shaped like small saucers with knobs on their backs, struck together face to face to harmonize the music.")
