涎唾（上囚延反通俗字也說文正體作㳄口液也從水從欠考聲云口津也束皙作唌史籀作𰛐賈逵作漾或作𣵿古字也其上異體字並云口液也下吐課反說文云口液也從口從垂省聲也或從水作涶亦通）。

涎唾 (the upper character is 囚 + 延 fanqie, which is a colloquial character. The standard form in the Shuowen is written 㳄, meaning saliva. It takes 水 as semantic and 欠 as phonetic. The Kaosheng says: 'Saliva.' Shu Xi wrote it as 唌; Shi Zhou wrote it as 𰛐; Jia Kui wrote it as 漾; or written as 𣵿, which is an ancient character. All the variant characters above mean mouth fluid. The lower character is 吐 + 課 fanqie. The Shuowen says: 'Mouth fluid.' It takes 口 as semantic and 垂 abbreviated as phonetic. Or written with 水 as 涶, which is also acceptable).
