醍醐（亭泥反下音胡案醍醐酥之精粹也乳中精者名酥酥中精者名醍醐）。

Ghee (tihu: [first syllable] ting-ni fan; the second has the sound hu. We note that ghee is the pure essence of clarified butter (sarpis). That which is refined from milk is called butter, and that which is refined from butter is called ghee.)
