憺怕（徒濫反下普白反子虛賦曰憺兮自持怕兮無為是也顧野王曰恬靜也字書憺怕者心志滿足也並形聲字也）。

憺怕 (tú-làn [fanqie: 徒濫反]; the second character is pǔ-bái [fanqie: 普白反]; the 'Zixu fu' says: 'Serenely (憺) keeping oneself composed, tranquilly (怕) doing nothing', which is this; Gu Yewang says calm and tranquil; dictionaries say 憺怕 means the mind's intent is content; both are phono-semantic characters).
