癡瞽（上恥知反說文云不慧也下公午反鄭眾注周禮云無目謂之瞽漫漫如皷皮也）。

Blind through delusion (癡瞽; the first character is pronounced chi-zhi fan [ch-]: The Shuowen jiezi says, "Unwise." The second character is pronounced gong-wu fan [g-]: Zheng Zhong's commentary on the Zhouli says, "Having no eyes is called gu (blind); it is opaque like the skin of a drum").
