喜嘯（蘇弔反案嘯卷舌縮於喉咢之中吹令作聲号曰長嘯也）。

喜嘯 The second character is pronounced s- + -iɛu / -ièu [xiào]. 嘯 means rolling the tongue back into the throat and blowing to make a sound; it is termed a "long whistle" (chángxiào).
