剉膾（上倉貨反玉篇剉斫也下公外反廣雅膾割也字統細切生肉也說文細切肉也從肉會聲也）。

剉膾 (Chopping and mincing meat: the first character has the fanqie 倉貨 [cuò]. The Yupian says: “剉 means to hack.” The second character has the fanqie 公外 [kuài]. The Guangya says: “膾 means to slice.” The Zitong says: “Finely cut raw meat.” The Shuowen says: “Finely sliced meat.” It is composed of the semantic 肉 and the phonetic 會.)
