悲噎（煙結反說文飯窒字書氣塞胸喉食不下也衛宏作饐）。

悲噎 (Choking with sorrow: [噎 has] the fanqie 煙結 [yē]. The Shuowen says: “Choking on food.” Dictionaries state: “Qi obstructing the chest and throat so that food cannot go down.” Wei Hong wrote it 饐.)
