制多（梵語也此云聚相謂聚纍甎石高以為相舊曰支提或云制底或云脂帝或曰浮圖皆前後翻譯梵語訛轉也此即摽記如來化跡之處皆置大塔或名窣覩波也）。

制多 (A Sanskrit term [caitya]. Here translated as "assembled marks," meaning to pile up bricks and stones high as a marker. Formerly called zhidi, or zhedi, or zhidi, or fotu; these are all phonological corruptions in successive translations of the Sanskrit term. This marks the site of the Tathāgata's transformative deeds, where a great stūpa is invariably erected; it is also called a stūpa).
