𠶺噎（庚猛反又櫻猛反通或作骾見聲類下煙結反郭璞注方言咽痛也說文飯窒也音貞栗反形聲字聲類或作饐字也）。

𠶺噎 (The first character has the fanqie geng + meng, or alternatively ying + meng; both are acceptable. It is also written as 骾, appearing in the Shenglei. The second character has the fanqie yan + jie. Guo Pu's commentary on the Fangyan says: "A sore throat." The Shuowen says: "Food choking [the throat]," pronounced with the fanqie zheng + li, a phono-semantic character. The Shenglei sometimes writes it as 饐).
