劓耳 Cutting off the ears: (The first character has the fanqie 冝冀 [yì]. The Yunying says: "To cut off the ears or nose." The Shuowen writes it 劓, taking 刀 as semantic and 臬 as phonetic; 臬 is pronounced 蘖 [niè]).
