寶𨥥（瓜猛反鄭注周禮云金玉未成器也考聲亦云銅䥫等璞或作礦磺說文從金廾聲廾音同上也）。

Precious ore (寶𨥥: [the character 𨥥 (ore)] is 瓜 [gua] + 猛 [meng] [kuàng]. Zheng's commentary on the Zhouli says: 'Gold and jade that have not yet been crafted into utensils.' The Kaosheng also says: 'Unrefined ore of copper, iron, etc.' It is also written as 礦 or 磺. The Shuowen jiezi says it is composed of the metal radical (金) with 廾 as phonetic; 廾 has the same pronunciation as above).
