[擭-雈+(韋-(口/(舛-夕)))]目（淵決反考聲云[擭-雈+(韋-(口/(舛-夕)))]桃也從手[韋-(口/(舛-夕))+又]聲挑音體遙反也）。

擭目 Gouging out eyes: (The first character has the fanqie 淵決 [jué]. The Kaosheng says: "擭 means to gouge." It takes 手 as semantic and the phonetic component; gouge [挑] has the fanqie 體遙 [tiāo]).
