至𨀗（苦霸反俗字也正體從骨從果作髁文字集略云髀上骨也古文作𡱼蒼頡篇云兩股也說文髀也從骨果省聲）。

To the hip bone (至𨀗: [the second character] has the fanqie ku + ba; it is a popular character; the orthodox form is written with 骨 and 果 as 髁; the Wenzi jilüe says: 'The upper bone of the thigh'; the ancient script writes it as 𡱼; the Cang Jie pian says: 'Both thighs'; the Shuowen says: 'The thigh'; composed of 骨 with the abbreviation of 果 phonetic).
