Orifices and apertures (孔竅: [the second character] has the fanqie qing + jiao; the Kaosheng says: '竅 also means an orifice'; the Shuowen says: 'An empty space, an aperture'; composed of 穴 with 敫 phonetic; it is also written as 噭).
