𦝫髁（誇化反又上聲亦通考聲云髀上骨也或作𡱼古字也韻英云𦝫下骨也或作胯從肉𡗢聲𡗢音與上同經作胯俗字誤也）。

𦝫髁 (The upper character is pronounced kua4 [kua-hua fan], and is also read in the rising tone. The Kaosheng says: 'The bone above the thigh.' It is also written as 𡱼, an ancient character. The Yunying says: 'The bone below the waist.' Or written as 胯, formed from [the semantic component] 'flesh' (肉) and the phonetic component 𡗢; the sound of 𡗢 is the same as the above. The sūtra text writes 胯, which is an erroneous vulgar character).
