放帚（章柳反掃糞具也說文作帚從又持巾掃冂內癸營反也）。

放帚 Setting down the broom: (The second character has the fanqie 章柳 [zhǒu]. An implement for sweeping away dung. The Shuowen writes it 帚; it shows a hand 又 holding a cloth 巾 sweeping inside an enclosure 冂; [冂] has the fanqie 癸營 [guì]).
