Spreading rampantly (the first character has the fanqie 子慈 [zǐ + cí]; Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: '滋 means to increase'; the Kaosheng says: 'Abundant'; the second character has the sound 萬; its explanation has already appeared in the preceding text).
