尼拘陀（梵語西國中名也此樹端直無節圓滿可愛去地三丈餘方有枝葉其子微細如柳花子唐國無此樹言是柳樹者非也）。

Nyagrodha (尼拘陀: a Sanskrit tree name of the Western regions. This tree is straight and knotless, round, lush, and delightful. Branches and leaves appear only thirty or more feet above the ground; its seeds are minute like willow seeds. This tree does not exist in the Tang realm; saying that it is a willow tree is wrong).
