頸項（上居并反下瓨講反蒼頡篇云頸在前項在後說文頭莖也並從頁頁音頡從巠從江省聲也）。

Neck and nape (頸項: the first character has the fanqie 居并, the second 瓨講. The Cangjiepian says: "The 頸 is in front, the 項 is in back." The Shuowen says: "The stalk of the head." Both take 頁 as radical, with 頁 pronounced 頡. They take 巠 and 江 [abbreviated] respectively for phonetic value).
