䠆跽（直良反字書云東郡謂隻膝跪地曰䠆跪也下其記反音譜云跽拜也而後長跪說文從足忌聲也）。

䠆跽 (cháng-jì; fanqie: zhí + liáng [cháng]. Character glossaries say: 'In Dongjun, to kneel on one knee on the ground is called 䠆 kneeling.' The second character has the fanqie: qí + jì [jì]. Phonetic manuals say: '跽 means to bow and then remain kneeling for a long time.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'It takes 足 as semantic component and 忌 as phonetic component.')
