跛蹇（上波我反賈注國語云跛行不正也說文從足皮省聲下捷偃反說文蹇亦跛也從足從謇省聲也）。

Halt and lame (跛蹇) (the first character is fanqie: 波 + 我; Jia's commentary to the Guoyu says: "Limping and walking crookedly." The Shuowen says: "It is classified under the foot radical with 皮 abbreviated as phonetic." The second character is fanqie: 捷 + 偃; the Shuowen says: "蹇 also means to limp; it is classified under the foot radical with 謇 abbreviated as phonetic").
