Foolish and stupid (癡憃) (the first character is fanqie: 恥 + 持, a popular form; the standard form takes the heart radical as 𢣕. The Kaosheng says: "𢣕 means stupid." Wei Hong gives it under 人 and 乏 as 𠇖, an associative compound. The second character is fanqie: 踔 + 巷; the Kaosheng says: "The foolishness of a small child." It is sometimes written under the see radical as 𧢆, or also as [卷*見]. The popular pronunciation 卓 + 降 is likely incorrect).
