恬惔（徒兼反方言恬靜也下宜作淡徒濫反漢安謂安靜也經文從心作惔徒甘反憂心如惔憂也惔非此用）。

Tranquil and calm (恬惔) (fanqie: 徒 + 兼; the Fangyan says: "恬 means quiet." The second character should properly be 淡; fanqie: 徒 + 濫; Han An says: "It means peaceful and quiet." The scripture text takes the heart radical as 惔; fanqie: 徒 + 甘; as in 'anxious heart burning like fire', it means sorrow, which is not the usage here).
